About 'Sheba
Beersheba “Sheba” Alogbo is a senior strategy and growth executive with more than 11 years of experience across financial services, consumer goods, retail, trade, and information technology. She has built her career at the intersection of strategic thinking and practical execution — helping organizations make better decisions, drive transformation, and unlock growth in African markets.
Currently serving as Director of Visa Consulting & Analytics for West Africa and West Central Africa, Sheba leads engagements that help financial institutions, fintechs, and businesses navigate market complexity and build the capability to grow. Before joining Visa, she held senior roles at EY, where she was Senior Manager, Strategy & Transactions, and at PwC, where she began as Associate Consultant and advanced to Assistant Manager. Her time as Growth Senior Manager, Innovation at FoodCo Nigeria deepened her understanding of the Nigerian and West African consumer landscape from the inside.
Sheba holds an MSc with Distinction from University College London and a First Class BSc from Babcock University.
